We chose ‘Guardian’ because it encapsulates precisely who we are and what we do – we are the guardian of your property. Our mission is simple and focused: to make property a rewarding and hassle-free experience for landlords, all while not charging a penny in commission or hidden fees.

What exactly is guaranteed rent? It means we pay your rent on time, every time – regardless of void periods. No commission. No hidden fees.
We add value to your property by furnishing and cosmetically upgrading it. You can be involved as much or as little as you like in the refurb process - ultimately it's your property so you have the final say on what changes you'd like to see.
One of landlords’ biggest frustrations is constant calls from tenants about trivial maintenance problems. The Guardian way ensures you will be liberated from this stress because we’ll take care of it - we’ll even fund minor maintenance issues so you needn’t ever be troubled with it.
At the end of our agreement we can:
